Industrial Laser Markers

Laser markers are advanced marking systems that engrave directly into the surface of the material using a laser beam. The technology creates an indelible, permanent mark – text, codes, symbols or images – without compromising the quality of the product or its packaging. Unlike inkjet technologies, where ink is applied to the surface, laser marking removes material from the substrate and leaves a sharp, durable impression. The beam is controlled by optics that focus it precisely for accurate marking.

Domino CO₂ D-Series lasers are the ideal solution for high-speed production and complex marking requirements on materials such as plastics (PET, PP), paper, cardboard and other demanding substrates. The new IP65 version makes them particularly suitable for harsh environments. The system integrates features such as real-time clocks, counters and serialisation data, making it well suited to applications that call for precise, durable marking.

The Domino UV U510 laser applies permanent, ultra-precise codes to film and plastic packaging. The UV laser marks directly on both white and coloured materials, with no need for special laser-reactive areas on the product.
