Loma X5 800 XL is the only x-ray inspection system on the market capable of inspecting and classifying cheese wheels fully automatically and without the need for operators.

The system is specifically designed for the food industry and manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel, making it easy to clean and sanitize. It uses materials approved for direct food contact and can inspect up to 360 cheese wheels per hour.

Loma X5 800 XL performs two types of inspection simultaneously:

  • Detection of foreign objects inside the cheese.
  • Classification of cheeses based on the presence of air bubbles.

The classification is fully configurable via the intuitive graphic interface, allowing the system’s sensitivity to be adapted to various production requirements.
