Digital single-pass solution for corrugated board
Domino X630i is a high-performance digital single-pass printer, developed specifically for printing on corrugated board. It prints at up to 75 meters per minute with a resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and handles sheet sizes up to 1,600 x 3,000 mm, equivalent to up to 4,500 sheets per hour. The machine is equipped with a servo-driven feeder, vacuum-based sheet transport as well as flexible delivery units for both stack and bundle output.
The X630i is based on Domino’s proven Generation 6 inkjet platform, which combines over 40 years of experience with advanced technology. The integrated i-Tech CleanCap function ensures automatic cleaning and protection of the print heads, reducing the need for manual maintenance. The continuous ink circulation via i-Tech ActiFlow improves print quality, while i-Tech StitchLink ensures precise alignment of the print heads for consistent and detailed results.
The printer uses Domino AQ95 ink with the unique i-Tech PolyM formulation, enabling high quality on both coated and uncoated corrugated board – completely without the use of primer or separate bonding agent.
