A Group Rooted in Italy, with a Global Perspective

Over time, we have evolved alongside our customers. Our journey has led us to deepen our expertise, invest in technological advancement, broaden our technology offering, and strengthen key partnerships. In 2023, we made a significant leap with the addition of Nemesis to our group—an Italian specialist in the design and production of high-performance checkweighers. This was a strategic move to expand our expertise in quality assurance and inspection, two areas that are increasingly vital to production line efficiency and safety.

But 2025 marked a true transformation for our organization: nimax Danmark became an international group.
This achievement was made possible through the acquisition of Domino Systems A/S and Wichmann Systems. The group now brings together two strong identities: the first based in Denmark, the second with a solid foundation in East Africa and operations in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.

With this strategic development, nimax Danmark has expanded into Northern Europe and multiple African markets, establishing local teams and facilities to deliver customized solutions, responsive technical service, and knowledge built over five decades of experience.
